When purchasing an OsReports license, the following data may be collected: name, email address, and billing/payment data.
Payment data (card or other payment method) is collected and processed directly by our payment provider (Merchant of Record), which acts as a separate data controller for that data. We never have access to the Customer's full payment details.
Data is collected in order to: process and deliver the order, send download access, provide technical support, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (delivery of the Software and support), compliance with legal obligations (accounting, invoicing), and, where applicable, our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
Data may be shared with: our payment provider (Merchant of Record), our hosting provider, and, where legally required, competent authorities. No data is sold to third parties.
Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, then archived for the legal retention period applicable to commercial and accounting records.
If our hosting provider or payment provider is located outside the European Union, data transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or equivalent). [FILL-IN: hosting provider name and address]
